Owner Tom Fitzwilliams has 27 years of wastewater consulting experience and is an advanced certified wastewater operator in Wisconsin. His pragmatic approach, calm and friendly demeanor, and passion for the trade allow plant operators to feel comfortable and equipped to handle daily wastewater treatment plant challenges.
